Payment and Upload - Printhouse Media & Design

Currently there are two payment methods accepted by Printhouse: 

  • Bank transfer (Pre-payment): Your order is not complete until you make a payment. Upon confirmation of your transfer, you need to e-mail a copy of the transfer slip to printhouse@studiofivecorp.com
  • Check payment: Please send a cheque cross it to "Studio Five Corp Pte Ltd". Allow 4-7 working days for Cheque to clear.

All orders made with Printhouse are accompanied by a tax invoice upon delivery.

If you encounter any problems with the upload of your artwork files, please call us, or send us an email containing your artwork and order number. Sent your email to printhouse@studiofivecorp.com.

Printhouse allows the following formats: pdf, psd, ai, jpg, png, zip, jpeg. For detailed help on how to best close your artwork file, please visit this page. It is very important that you take note of these recommendations to ensure the best printing quality for your products.

No. The orientation of the paper (portrait or landscape) does not impact the price of your printjob.

To make sure you can correct your mistake, make sure you upload the new and correct artwork before the time limit shown to you on the checkout success page, at the end of the configuration process. You can upload a new file under the My Orders section of the website in your Dashboard. If you are not sure whether or not it is too late to change the file you uploaded, give us a call with your order number ready, and our team will help you with your request.
